Exchanges & Returns

the Brodie does  offer  exchanges and returns on purchased gear.  The important stuff:

  • Requests to exchange or return  gear  need to be made within 7 days of the
    date of purchase  

  • Gear being exchanged or returned must  be  unworn, unwashed, in its original
    condition and also have   tags  intact  and  be  in its store packaging  

  • You will need to first send a request through to [email protected]
    so we can process your request as quickly as possible 

  • You will need to cover the cost of the postage to send the gear back
    (to the address below):  the  Brodie  Exchanges and Returns,
    PO Box 194   
    Lower Plenty, Victoria, 3093  

How  Exchanges  work

When  you request a  size exchange, we will  make this happen  where the stock
is available.  If we have sold out of the item you have requested we will
contact you  and  refund your order. You  will be credited the way you placed
your original order. 

How Returns work 

If you change your mind  about your purchase, we offer an  exchange or a store credit.
A refund on a return will only be considered if the gear  you receive  is faulty
.  If you believe there is a fault with an item you have received, please
let us know as soon as you become aware of the fault by  emailing us at
[email protected]. You will need to return  the  gear  to us  for review.
